At Blanccoeur Switzerland, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at info@blanccoeur.ch, to register your cancellation.

2. Return the unused products in their original packaging.
3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the full purchase price within 10 working days (please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund).

Return / Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please send us an email at info@blanccoeur.ch with the details of the order(s) you wish to return.

After successful inspection of the items to be returned, we will send you a return label along with the respective return instructions.

Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your exchange request. We cannot accept products that have been personalized or used in any way, or if the packaging has been damaged, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for such items.
